Our law office was established in 1992 by  Stefanos M. Mouzouraki.  

The aforementioned person is an Athens Law School Graduate and holds a Postgraduate Degree of the University Aix-Marseille in France, specialized in the French Administrative and Constitutional Law. He was also granted a PhD by the University of Athens, after conducting a doctoral research into the contracts of the public sector. During the years 2002 - 2005 he worked as a Professor of Administrative and Constitutional Law in the School of Greek Police Officers, and also he has published scientific articles in the law magazine “Administrative Trial” .

 

As a Supreme Court and Council of State Lawyer since 1998, in parallel with the advocacy as a liberal profession, he has periodically served on several scientific committees of the public sector (such as the Advisory Technical Council of the Hellenic Ministry of the Interior and Administrative Reconstruction, etc.). In addition to that, he works as a legal adviser of the legal body under public law "1st Administration Health Region Attica", responsible for and controlling the operation of all the public hospitals in the prefecture of Attica, except from those falling within the regional area of Piraeus and Western Attica. Furthermore, all the Primary Public Health Offices (former Social Security Institution Units, etc.) operating in this regional area are services operating under the authority of this legal body .
